With summer just around the corner, we've got an EPIC update for you! Read on for the latest announcement about our temporary location, learn all about our summer training programs and get an update on the construction of the EPIC Sports Centre.
Our Temporary Location
We’ve set up a temporary EPIC location at the Komoka Wellness Centre. We'll be running our summer training programs out of this location and we'll even have the team from EPIC Sports Physio there each weekday.
EPIC's Summer Training Programs
Looking to hit the ice or the field with an EPIC advantage next season? With EPIC's new Director of Strength and Conditioning, Trevor Williamson, set up and ready to go, we've got everything you need to take your summer training to the next level.
HOCKEY: All off season hockey development programs (on and off ice for men and women 2008 birth year and older) will be run from this temporary location in Komoka. These programs are geared to prep schools, AAA, Junior, OHL, College, University and Professional players. Learn more about EPIC's Hockey Program here.
FOOTBALL: All football development programs will also be run from this temporary location. Professional strength and conditioning combined with sport-specific speed and agility training will have you ready to hit the grid iron next season. Learn more about EPIC's Football Program here.
The full service gym will also be offering personal training. Have questions about our summer programming? Contact Trevor Williamson today.
EPIC Sports Physiotherapy: New Hours + 2nd Location
The EPIC Sports Physiotherapy Clinic will be closed May 3-20, 2024. We'll reopen on May 21, 2024 with two locations for you to choose from for your physiotherapy care.
Construction Update: Gideon Drive
Curious what’s happening on EPIC’s permanent site on Gideon Road? We're nearing completion of the civil and environmental engineering studies and the building team is getting ready to submit formal site plans and permit applications in the next few months. In consultation with an environmental consulting group, Middlesex Centre, the Upper Thames Conservation Authority, and following appropriate guidelines, the building team has removed previous buildings and foundations and cleared any necessary trees and vegetation required for first phase of the build. More to come!
