    With over 13 years of professional speed, strength and conditioning expertise, Trevor Williamson has trained high-level athletes across various leagues and is the perfect addition to the EPIC team.

  • With over 13 years of professional speed, strength and conditioning expertise, Trevor Williamson has trained high-level athletes across various leagues (including the NHL, AHL, ECHL, KHL, OHL, CFL, NIS, NCAA) as well as Olympic and World Junior athletes with over 10 gold medals combined. A previous high level athlete himself, Trevor is a genuinely friendly and motivated individual who brings a down-to-earth warmth to any situation.

    Notable successes for Trevor include clients who have won Stanley Cups, Calder Cups, Memorial Cups, Vanier Cups, Uteck Bowls, Mitchell Bowls, Yates Cups, Grey Cups and other prestigious titles. He’s even rostered multiple NHL All Stars annually. His client, Easton Cowan, holds the all-time fastest NHL combine pro-agility record for both the left and right sides.

    Trevor is always sporting a welcoming smile and approaches life with infectious energy, making those around him feel at ease. In both personal and professional realms, he embodies a refreshing blend of friendliness, motivation and approachability. Currently serving as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Total Package SSC, Total Package Hockey and the London Knights Hockey Club, Trevor also contributes his expertise to ASAD London (Academy for Student Athlete Development).
