Book Your Team’s Performance with Expert Dryland Training
Looking to enhance your hockey team’s on-ice performance? EPIC Sports Centre’s dryland training sessions are specifically designed to develop the strength, speed and endurance needed for the rink. Tailored to hockey players, these sessions focus on improving explosive power, agility and core stability – all essential for skating, puck control and physical endurance during games. Sessions available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Unlock Elite Performance with EPIC’S Speed & Agility Program
developing explosive power, acceleration, deceleration and lateral quickness—everything you need to dominate your sport. The program is structured to maximize your speed and agility while also incorporating essential activation and recovery strategies, ensuring you stay strong and injury-free throughout the season. Sessions available on Thursdays beginning October 3.
EPIC Membership:
Similar in style to our off-season training, an EPIC Membership gets you access to the gym between 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. on weekdays for small group, supervised sessions. Each session costs $25 and will max out at 8-10 athletes.
Private Training:
Have specific goals you’re looking to reach and prefer a smaller group size? Private training is also available. Price depends on the number of athletes in the training session:
- 1 on 1 Training: $80.00/session
- 2 athletes $40.00 each/session
- 3 athletes $30.00 each/session
- 4 or more athletes $25.00 each/session
